Worksheet For Sum Insured On Gross Revenue - Suncorp Insurance

The following Excel Worksheet may assist to determine the Sum Insured on Gross Revenue under the Commercial Insurance, Smart Choice Insurance Policy issued by Suncorp Metway Insurance Limited.  It asssumes a maximum indemnity period of 12 months is required.  

Section 2 Business Interruption contains 3 parts.
Part A - Annual Revenue Basis
Part B - Weekly Revenue Basis
Part C - Critical Income Plus

The  attached worksheet relates to Part A only.  It should also be noted that this particular policy wording can only insure a 12 month Indemnity Period because this is how Indemnity Period is defined in Section 2.
